This Privacy Policy (alternatively, the “Policy”) covers the Services we provide for users on our Platform. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in
the Fraiza’s Terms and Conditions.

Usage Information
We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and any other User Content that you generate through and broadcast on our Platform. We also link your subscriber information with your activity on our
Platform across all your devices using your phone number, or similar information.
Location data
We collect information about your geography information, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect Global Positioning System (GPS) data. We may
use such information to provide you with location-based services, such as features, notifications, marketing, or other content that is influenced by your location.
Messages
We collect and process, which includes scanning and analyzing, information you provide in the context of composing, sending, or receiving messages through our Services' messaging functionality. That information
includes the content of the message and details about when the message has been sent, received and/or read, as well as the participants of the communication. Please note that messages sent to other users of our
Service will be accessible by those users and that we are not responsible for the manner in which those users use or disclose those messages.

Event, do not use the particular Metadata (i.e. hashtag or geotag) associated with that Event.
9. help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the Platform.
10. ensure that you are old enough to use the Platform (as required by law)
11. may use a material that you post on the open access areas of Fraiza in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner products;
12. combine all the information we collect or receive about you for any of the foregoing purposes.
13. for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
III. How we use your personal data
We are committed to maintaining your trust, and we want you to understand when and with whom we may share the information we collect. We will share your information with the following selected third parties:

safety, and security of us, our affiliates, users, or the public.

collect information about you, including information about your activity on the Platform, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the Platform, in accordance with their

If you choose to engage in public activities on the Platform, you should be aware that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users. You should use caution in disclosing personal
information while engaging. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit.
IV. Your Rights
To the extent permitted under applicable laws, regarding your personal information that we process, you have the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of
processing, the right to withdrawal of your consent, the right to data portability, the right to confirm if we process any personal information of yours, and the right to request a review of any automated decisions
that may be made as a result of the processing. And, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights. However, please note that you just have one chance to change your gender information if you
provided it.
If you wish to exercise your right against us to process your personal information, correct or delete your personal information that is contrary to facts, notify you of the purpose of use of your personal

After verification of your identity, we will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time, and in accordance with relevant laws. If, however, permitted under applicable laws, we may not be able to
respond to your request when any of the following applies:

- it is likely to seriously impede the proper execution of our business;
- it is likely to violate other laws and regulations;
- when you failed to verify your identity; or

If you no longer wish to use Fraiza or if you withdraw your consent to Fraiza's processing of your personal information which is necessary for us to provide Fraiza, you shall terminate using the Services and
terminate your registration with us by following the instructions in the Platform or simply by contacting us at dalhoumisa@gmail.com.
However, the withdrawal of your consent will not in any way affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your consent that was given before the foregoing withdrawal.
V. Security
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. We have appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to
the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of you and other users. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and will amend them from time to time to improve the overall
security of our systems. However, You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure thus, any

Our Services are not offered to children whose age makes it illegal to process their personal data or requires parental consent for the processing of their personal data under any applicable laws.
The Platform is not directed at minor under the age of 18 or under the applicable age limit for a minor in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a minor under 18 years or under the
applicable age limit for a minor in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that personal information has been collected on the Platform from a minor under the age of 18 or under the applicable age limit for a minor in
your jurisdiction, we will delete this information and terminate the person’s account. If you believe that we have collected information from a minor under the age of 18 or under the applicable age limit for a minor

VII. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and posting the new Privacy Policy and
providing any other notice required by applicable law. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices. Your continued access to or use of
the Services after the date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Services.
VIII. Retention of Your information
We will retain your Personal Information and other information for as long as you maintain your Fraiza account.You may request deletion of your account at any time through sending email to dalhoumisa@gmail.com.
Following such request with appropriate review by us, we will delete the data that it is not required to retain for purposes of regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements. For example, we
retains location, device, and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period as may be necessary; while it retains such data, it may also use it for purposes of safety, security, fraud prevention and
detection, and research and development. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your account, such as if there’s a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue
preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above. We may also retain certain information if necessary for purposes of safety, security, and fraud prevention. For example, if we deactivate a user’s
account because of unsafe behavior or security incidents, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Fraiza account in the future.
